Dr. Ozdedeli was born in Izmir in 1975 and graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Medicine in 1999. He completed his residency programme at Ege University Medical Faculty, Department of Urology in İzmir between 2000 and 2005.

Dr. Ozdedeli is currently working as an assistant professor/con­sultant surgeon of urology in Trakya University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Urology in Edirne. He is the founder of neuro-urology section and the urodynamics laboratory in his department.

He has a membership of following associations; Turkish Association of Urology, Turkish Society of Andrology, Society of Endourology, European Association of Urology.

He currently serves on the Turkish Journal of Andrology Scientific Board and actively participates in the female sexual dysfunction study group of the Turkish Association of Andrology. He studied female sexual dysfunction in patients with spinal cord injury and was awarded two national scientific prizes for his work on female sexual health.

He is regularly asked to review medical publications involving female sexual dysfunction and his major areas of interest include neuro-urology, female urology and andrology. He is a fellow of European Board of Urology (FEBU) since 2005.
