Passports and visas

Participants should ensure that they have the necessary passports and/or visas required for entry into Czech Republic and for any other country they may have to transit.

Certificates

Participants are required to attend the lectures in order to obtain CME credits and certificates. Attendance will be checked with voting devices (which will be distributed to everybody at the registration) at the beginning and at the end of each day.
